BELGIUM 2011 - FOY - Made Famous in "Band of Brothers"
These pictures were taken in the woods outside Foy showing original foxholes left over from WWII. Some have been re-dug a little but many of the originals remain throughout the woods. These are the woods made famous in Band of Brothers when Easy Company was stationed outside Foy. You can see the difficult task they had taking the town with the large open field devoid of any cover.
