Belgium 2011
NEMVS went to Belgium this May to visit a friend and load a container full of parts. After the work was done we did some sight seeing and participated in a local MV event. Click on the links below to go the pages for pictures of each site/event.
Bastogne - Pictures taken in the square made famous in many WWII Photo's
Malmedy - Pictures taken at the Memorial for the murdered US Soldiers as well as in the Museum.
Foy - Photo's of the foxholes outside the town where E-Company from Band of Brothers were
Houffalize - Panther monument, tank was found upside down in the river during the Bulge
King Tiger Tank, La Gleize - Tank from Piper's column that is a monument now
Wibrin Sherman - Sherman monument in Wibrin, "Ginsling" - had a very bad day
Road Rally - we went on a long drive through the Belgian countryside in WWII vehicles
